On Jan. 8, the Calgary Flames re-signed defenseman Rasmus Andersson to a six-year contract extension. The 23-year-old defenseman is currently in his second full season with the Flames. Andersson has three goals and nine assists for 12 points and 33 penalty minutes in his first 44 games of the 2019-20 season. Andersson will be making $4.55 million AAV.
