This season, the Red Mile Podcast is partnering with Kids Up Front Calgary to help bring awareness to their organization.
Kids Up Front works to facilitate over 31,000 experiences in Calgary and the surrounding area. They accept tickets for any child-friendly event in Calgary and the surrounding area, including sporting events, performances, concerts, museums, festivals, summer camps, and more.
And that’s something we are excited to get behind! If you’re interested in donating tickets or money towards these amazing experiences, here’s how you can help support Kids Up Front.
How to donate
You can call Kids Up Front Calgary at 403-444-4318 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re interested in donating tickets.
Kids Up Front asks donors to mail, drop off, or courier tickets to their office:
Kids Up Front Foundation
#110, 105 12 Avenue SE
Calgary, AB T2G 1A1
You can also email a PDF of your tickets or transfer your tickets through Ticketmaster to their email address (email@example.com).
Just let them know what tickets you are interested in donating and provide your contact information, and they’ll be more than happy to get them into the hands of kids who will benefit from the experience.
Kids Up Front can also provide tax receipts if it’s a personal or corporate donation. All you have to do is copy of your invoice showing the breakdown of ticket cost, taxes and any facility fees. Kids Up Front, under CRA restrictions, is only able to give a tax receipt for the base ticket price.
If you want to donate money to Kids Up Front Calgary, you can find more information and do that here.
